Quick overview .. 

Our B series 6 stage kit has come from the development of our 4 stage system. Originally designed for road race cars our unique design has got the attention of many high level drag racers. knowing the benefits a dry sump system can bring that can not be found with traditional wet sump systems. 

We have had customers using our 4 stage kit in drag racing applications, Unfortunately 3 1.2 scavenge stages were not were not enough to keep up with the extreme crankcase pressure created in these high horsepower drag engines. Leaving them to have to resort to using an additional breather line to help minimize crankcase pressure taking away from one of the key benefits of a dry sump system.  

This is when we took the opportunity to get back to the drawing board and address the situation. With help from our good friends at Peterson fluid systems we came up with solution, again using their industry leading R4 Oil pump but this time in the configuration of a 6 stage system. Instead of using 3 x 1.2 scavenge stages we have opted to 5 scavenge stages as well as upgraded to the larger 1.4 stages to move as much air/oil volume as possible, 

Our 4 stage pan also required modifications to fit billet blocks.  This 6 stage has been designed specifically for use with billet blocks without any modifications,. 

Most Dry sump systems introduce a sea of plumbing. This is one area we wanted to keep tidy and clean, while also simplifying and reducing work / plumbing cost for the end user.

Our 4 Stage system uses Stainless steel hard lines to connect the pan to the pump but for this system we wanted to go one step further, That meant integrating 4 of the 5 scavenge stages as well as the pump mounting directly to the pan.  This did allow us to create an optimal path for our scavenge system, each inlet is placed directly below each cylinder. With the pump mounted directly to the pan we are able to keep the distance from the scavenge inlets to the pump to a minimal, reducing any restriction and optimizing pump efficiency.
